How to run several divisions under one link

Build each division the way you normally would, one bracket per age group, and save each one into your account. Then group them.

• Open the first division and go to the Share tab.
• Find Part of a bigger tournament, type a name for the whole weekend, and press Create. Something like "Grand Strand Fall Classic" or "Spring Shootout 2026", not "10U", because this is the name every family will see at the top.
• Open each of the other divisions, go to their Share tab, and pick that same name from the dropdown. Press Save.
• Publish each division, on that same Share tab, as usual.

The one link appears under the dropdown once a division is in a group, with a Copy button. That is the address to put on the poster, in the confirmation email, and behind the QR code.

The weekend's name at the top, the divisions as tabs underneath, and the first one already open. They tap their child's division once and get the same public page as always: the bracket, the schedule and the scores.

Every tab is a real link rather than a button, so a parent can bookmark the division they care about and come straight back to it. Doing that does not cut them off from the rest: a division's own page carries the same tabs, so they can still reach the others.

Only divisions you have actually published appear. An unpublished one is not shown as a tab at all, greyed out or otherwise, because a tab nobody can open is a question you have to answer on a Saturday morning. Publish it and it appears.

The shared address is chosen when you create the group and never changes, for the same reason a tournament's own link never changes. By the time anybody is using it, it is printed on something.

Renaming the weekend afterwards is fine and does not move the link. The name on the page updates; the address stays where it is.

On that division's Share tab, choose Not part of one from the dropdown and save. The tournament is untouched: it keeps its bracket, its scores and its own public link, and just stops appearing in the tabs.

Worth knowing before you plan around it.

• The tabs run in the order you added the divisions. There is no way to drag them into a different order, so add them youngest to oldest, or whichever order you want them read.
• The name is set when you create it. There is no screen for editing or deleting a group afterward, so a group made by mistake stays in the dropdown. It does nothing while no tournament is in it.
• Scores stay per division. There is no combined standings table across the whole weekend, because the divisions do not play each other.
