You don't design anything from scratch. You pick from ready-made sections, drag them into the order you want, and fill in your own words and pictures. Here's everything available:
A typical team site is five or six of these: a Hero banner with the team photo, a Schedule, the Staff list, a Gallery, Sponsors, and a Contact Form. That's an afternoon's work, and most of it is choosing photos.
The Staff block pulls its names and bios straight from your roster. Change a coach on the roster and the public site changes itself. You never update the same thing twice.
